Coming events for September
Visit the Science Festival in Sidmouth in Autumn. Many activities are taking place. Sidmouth in Bloom are particpating in the Interactive Trail By The Sea event including a cooking with seaweed demonstrations, identifying seaweed and talking about plants that grow on the shingle. Toad arrives at Blackmore Gardens
Ratty and Toad impress the children at the Sidmouth Folk Festival. He is on view until the first week in October. His other friends, Badger and Mole are to be seen in the gardens keeping watch.


Sidbashers start clearing the Sid Valley of Himalayan Balsam
The Sidbashers clearing Himalayan Balsam: Thanks to the Keith Owen Fund, waders were provided for the gang working along the Sid River. Anyone interested in helping clear this weed can contact info@sidmouthinbloom.org Working parties start in June until early September every Tuesday from 9.30am -12.30pm.
