DATES FOR YOUR DIARY 2022(updates to follow)
We have booked the Methodist Church Hall, High St, Sidmouth again for our FRIENDS & THE PUBLIC MEETINGS but they vary from the small hall (enter through the main doors) and large hall (enter through the back along Church Lane). Sign outside gives directions. Beach
NOTE: Sidcombers Beach Cleaning is generally once a month according to weather. Dates
for 2022 coming shortly
Times very with low tides times. Dates & times are put in the Sidmouth Herald "What's On' page. Come with bucket and gloves. Bags and litter pickers provided. The Beach garden is also maintained.
SiB Gardening Group "Sidplanter": Every Thursday morning and Tuesdays in Summer, throughout the year. Email info@sidmouthinbloom.org for details. A morning group also runs in conjunction with the Sidforce group -(street furniture maintenance)
Sidbashers himalayan balsam removal are held Tuesday mornings from late May to September, dates to announced.

PUBLIC MEETINGS;
April 9th, 14th May, 18th June, Methodist Church Hall, High St Sidmouth, 10am - 12pm.
Refreshments served. Membership can be renewed: (runs April 2022 - March 2023 )
May 28th/29th: Meet Sidmouth in Bloom at the Sensory Garden, The Ham,
for teas and plant sales. 10 am - 3pm

Spring opening: 15th - April - 18th April. (NEW)
Summer Opening: Thursday 23th June - Monday 27th June
FLORAL COMPETITIONS
April/May: Spring Floral Competition for Sidmouth residents. Free Entry
End July/August: Summer Floral Competition for Sidmouth Residents. Free Entry
RHS TOWN JUDGING:
Town Clean-ups (in preparation for judging: 9th/10th July. &. 23rd/24th July.
July: Judges visit Sidmouth for the SW in Bloom competition. - date to be announced
In Your Neighbourhoods will be judged in the afternoon on the same day where possible.
August; National judges arrive to judge town (date to be announced),
LEAD WALKS:
17th September lead by Lynette Talbot visiting SIB volunteers gardens in town. Small charge.
October: RHS SW in Bloom Award evening - date to be announced (around mid October)
Sidmouth in Bloom evening, 6.30 - 9pm "A Celebration of Success" - date to be announced. All Friends of Sidmouth in Bloom, Sponsors, Garden openers and helpers, and volunteers invited, STC Councillors and other persons who have had an input to the work in town.
